1 Identity of the Data Controller

As SaviorHost İnternet Hizmetleri (Yasin Yurtalan), we take the security of your personal data extremely seriously. As the data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the “Law”), we may process your personal data within the framework described below.

2 Purposes of Processing

The personal data we collect (name, surname, Turkish ID number, address, contact details, billing details, IP address and log records) is processed so that you can use our web hosting, server rental, domain registration and other IT services. It is also processed for the following purposes:

• fulfilling our obligations under Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Internet Publications,
• keeping billing processes and accounting records in line with legislation,
• responding to your support requests and carrying out communication activities,
• running information security processes and taking measures against cyber attacks.

3 To Whom and Why Personal Data May Be Transferred

For the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred, within the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, to legally authorized public authorities (such as the Information and Communication Technologies Authority, courts and prosecutors), our financial advisors, accredited domain registrars and licensed payment institutions (virtual POS providers).

Because our servers are located in a data center in Germany, the personal data required to provide the service and the data you host are transferred abroad in accordance with Article 9 of the Law.

4 Method and Legal Basis of Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically through registration forms, order pages, support tickets and cookies on our website (saviorhost.com). It is processed on the legal bases set out in Article 5 of the Law: processing is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract with you, and processing is mandatory for us to fulfil our legal obligations.

5 Your Rights Under Article 11 of the Law

As a data subject, you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed,
• request information if your personal data has been processed,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in line with that purpose,
• know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom your data is transferred,
• request correction if your data is incomplete or inaccurate,
• request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions of Article 7 of the Law,
• request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom your data was transferred,
• object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis of your data,
• claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your data.

You can submit requests in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board: by email to mail@saviorhost.com or by post to Fatih Mah. Sakin Sok. No:23/7 Pursaklar/ANKARA, Türkiye. Requests are concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature.
